Supporting Your Campus

An instance of Signet allows multiple services, projects, departments,
etc. to each manage their own set of privileges in a system that
is typically run and supported centrally. This presents a challenging
support model to a campus. Users of the UI may have trouble with
the system itself, or need assistance with general concepts like
navigation, or they may have questions about the privileges themselves,
their meaning, and use. With such a shared system, there will
be questions of how its support will be handled through a campus
HelpDesk or cooperatively with privilege owners.
