*Discussion*
The group will present a track session on Tuesday, May 3 from 1:15PM until 2:30PM at the Spring 2005 I2 Member Meeting. The group will use this time to provide a brief introduction to the MList WG, report mailing list survey results, discuss spam and mailing lists, discuss MLM emerging standards, discuss the WG’s NMI-EDIT contribution and discuss MLM middleware integration points. For more information please see: http://events.internet2.edu/2005/spring-mm/.

The group discussed the trend of using an email address as a sole identity for middleware applications. This topic intersects with MList WG efforts with respect to potentially providing too much functionality in account identifiers. The group decided to discuss this at a later time.

The next call is Wednesday, April 27, 2005 at 11:30AM ET. Please note this meeting will start thirty minutes earlier than regularly scheduled WG calls. The call in number will be distributed with the agenda prior to the call.
