*Discussion*
The discussion focused on options for the CourseID group now the primary work on the CourseID model has been completed. Should CourseID be folded back into the MACE-Dir group? MACE-Dir can work on the issue of how to represent the attributes created by CourseID and discuss any use cases with the IMS. MACE-Dir will transition the CourseID work from draft to release status. Any relevant information can be forwarded by Keith from MACE-Dir to the CourseID mailing list.

There was general consensus to fold CourseID back into the MACE-Dir working group for the present time. CourseID can be reactivated if future work requires it. The CourseID webpage and mailing list will be retained. A note will be added to the webpage noting the groups work is complete and redirecting people to visit the MACE-Dir website.
