**Discussion**

- The InCommon TAC has been discussing outreach and events, and this will likely lead to more engagement on their part as we move forward...

- It was noted that the Net@EDU that would have taken place in February has been replaced by an invitation-only cloud computing workshop organized by ECAR, and some usual suspects will be attending. Federated identity's role in the cloud is thus expected to be on the agenda. Net@EDU's future is unclear at this point...

- MACE mission followups

calls, membership, engagement with AMSAC, architectural agenda, ...

There was a discussion of this wide-ranging set of topics.

Increasing interaction with relevant groups, including inviting some AMSAC and InCommon TAC members to a forthcoming MACE call was discussed, and received enthusiastic support. Ken will follow up on this, and info will go out to the MACE list when available.

Increasing time on the calls allotted to special topics was proposed, and moving meeting/event reports to another venue (wiki? podcast?) to make room as well. Off-week calls were also proposed, if a suitable time that works for most could be found.

Devoting one call a month to a specific topic was also proposed, with agendas set well in advance to allow people to prepare adequately.

The discussion turned to MACE membership, and how potential new members are identified and recruited, the interplay with the MACE mission and goals for engagement with other groups.

Continual feedback from the MACE constituency was noted as an ongoing goal.
