*Discussion*
Much of the call was spent making final plans for the Internet2 Member Meeting in Chicago. Presentations from many of the middleware sessions will be available at http://events.internet2.edu/2006/fall-mm/agenda.cfm?event=258&day=&track=56&details=on.
MACE noted the formation of new key-management groups in IETF and OASIS; see http://www3.ietf.org/proceedings/06nov/minutes/keyprov.html and http://cio.nist.gov/esd/emaildir/lists/pki-twg/msg00739.html. There appears to be considerable overlap in the projects being contemplated by these two groups.
MACE also discussed "security skin" anti-phishing measures like Bank of America's SiteKey (http://www.bankofamerica.com/privacy/sitekey/). Bob is interested in hearing from anyone who is considering adapting this approach for use in a university context. Bob also suggested making this a topic at the February 7-9 CAMP in Tempe (http://www.educause.edu/CAMP071).
