*Discussion*
EuroCAMP went well. Turnout was around 60, mostly from universities. Of particular note was simpleSAMLphp; see http://www.terena.org/activities/eurocamp/november07/slides/solberg-federating-wiki.pdf and http://rnd.feide.no/simplesamlphp. Michael noted that simpleSAMLphp is impressively easy to install.
Ken is co-presenting a session on "Managing Collaboration and the Opportunities for Libraries" at the Dec. 10-11 CNI Task Force Meeting. See http://www.cni.org/tfms/2007b.fall/Abstracts/PB-managing-klingenstein.html.
The program for the February 13-15 CAMP in Tempe is now available at http://www.educause.edu/content.asp?SECTION_ID=306.
The group discussed possibilities for engagement with the Kuali Rice effort. [AI] Bob will send MACE a link to work on Kuali Rice at Cornell.
Tom is working on Grouper staffing; so far he has three people committed part-time, for a total of about one FTE. [AI] Tom will send the Grouper users list a status report on Grouper staffing.
