OpenID (and the "Open Stack") and OAuth were prominent at the meeting. There was some discussion of an OpenID/OAuth hybrid as well, although it is not clear that this will gain substantial traction.

Browser extensions to support various AuthN mechanisms were discussed as well. Google in particular is looking at OAuth for enabling a consumer-oriented service with rich client/desktop apps.

RL “Bob” and ISOC assembled clueful and interested e-mail admins just prior to the meeting, toward promoting a DKIM experiment. See https://spaces.internet2.edu/display/ddx/DKIM+Deployment

There was also an OAuth BoF, which spawned useful discussions.

Interfederation was also a topic of discussion, with reference to Liberty Alliance and ISOC roles going forward.

There appears to be critical mass developing toward the formation of a new LDAP WG. More to come on this as it develops.

- MACE-Priv-Management

The biweekly Signet calls are continuing, for now, as a forum for discussion of future efforts, but there would seem to be value in spinning up another forum to continue this. More to come on this as it develops.
